American Herring Gull
Despite their numerous appearences in other gull photos on this site, I've only got a few up on this page! Hopefully that will chance some day soon... Until then, here's some weird looking Herring Gulls.
This crazy looking bird was seen at the Compost Piles near Ithaca, NY - 13 March, 2007.

Here's an odd looking first year bird seen near Ithaca some time in late August or early September, 2004. Note the unusual bill coloration.
