Canada Goose

Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge, 3 Nov 2007

 An odd Canada Goose with extensive white in the head and neck. Other characteristics
seem normal suggesting this bird is not a hybrid of any sort.





Compare to the smaller (recently split) species, the Cackling Goose.
